(CASE NO. 09- RK / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO (01) ONE POST OF SENIOR SPECIALIST (R&D) ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 05 YEARS.
1. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree (Second Division) in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Public Administration or Project Management from HEC recognized University having five years experience in the relevant field.
Preference shall be given to those having:
i. Monitoring and Evaluation experience.
ii. Proficiency in use of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
iii. Demonstrated/proven experience of public sector project planning & control; and
iv. Proficiency with modern project management tools and computer applications.
Note: Experience in the relevant field means:
i. Monitoring & Evaluation of public sector project
ii Qualitative and quantitative research methods
2. PAY: BS-18+Rs.40000/- per month as an Incentive Allowance
3. AGE: a. Male Candidates: 28 to 40 + 5 Years = 45 Years and
b. Female Candidates: 28 to 40 + 8 Years = 48 Years General relaxation in upper age limit as on 02-11-2016.
4. DOMICILE: Any District of the Province of Punjab.

7. SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN TEST (IF HELD):
One paper of MCQ type written test of 100 marks of 90 minutes duration comprising questions relating to General Knowledge including Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for non-Muslim Candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.

(CASE NO. 10- RK / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO (01) ONE POST OF EVALUATION SPECIALIST ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 05 YEARS.
1. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree (Second Division) in Economics or Business Administration or Project Management from HEC recognized University having three years experience in the relevant field.
Preference shall be given to those having:
i. Experience in evaluation of public sector infrastructure.
ii. Proficiency in use of quantitative/qualitative methods of project evaluation and engineering economy.
iii. Proficiency in use of computer applications; and
iv. Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
Note: Experience in the relevant field means:
i. Evaluation of Public Sector Infrastructure
ii. Quantitative/qualitative methods of project evaluation and engineering economy
2. PAY: BS-17+Rs.32000/- per month as an Incentive Allowance

1. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree or BCS (Hons) (Second Division) in IT or Computer Sciences from HEC recognized University having three years experience in Communication Technology or Software Development and MIS.
Preference shall be given to those having:
i. Demonstrated or Proven experience in the design, development and implementation of software application for large corporate or public sector projects using M.S NET architecture.
ii. Proficiency in MS Operating and Networking environment including Active Directory, Security and Management; and
iii. Domain experience in engineering environment including project management information system, engineering design packages, engineering simulation packages, etc.
