(CASE NO. 35-RA / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO FOUR (04) (INCLUDING ONE POST RESERVED FOR WOMEN QUOTA) POSTS OF ASSISTANT (BS-16), ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 02 YEARS IN THE PROVINCIAL DISASTER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY, BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB
1. QUALIFICATION: Graduate (at least 2nd Division) from a recognized University.
2. PAY: BS-16
3. AGE: 18 to 25 + 5 Years = 30 Years for Male Candidates and 18 to 25 + 8 Years = 33 Years for Female Candidates across the board. General relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012 on 14-10-2016.
4. DOMICILE: Candidates domiciled in any District of the Province of Punjab.
5. GENDER: Male, Female and Shemale.
6. PLACE OF POSTING: Lahore & Muzaffargarh.
7. SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN TEST IF HELD:
In case large number of applications are received, candidates will be required to undergo Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Written Test of 100 Marks of 90 Minutes Duration. Syllabus is as under:-
“General ability which includes Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, General Knowledge, Everyday Science, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Islamiat and Basic Computer Studies.”
NOTE: To appear in test/interview only original CNIC issued by NADRA will be accepted. No other ID document will be acceptable.

(CASE NO. 36-RA / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO TWO (02) POSTS OF SUPERINTENDENT (BS-17), ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 02 YEARS IN THE PROVINCIAL DISASTER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY, BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB.
1. QUALIFICATION: Graduate ( at least Second Division ) from a recognized University with minimum 05 years experience of working as an Assistant (BS-14) in any Government Department.
2. PAY: BS-17
3. AGE: 23 to 30 + 5 Years = 35 Years for Male Candidates and 23 to 30 + 8 Years = 38 Years for Female Candidates across the board. General relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012 on 14-10-2016.

(CASE NO. 37-RA / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO TWO (02) POSTS OF SENIOR DATA PROCESSOR (BS-15), ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 02 YEARS IN THE PROVINCIAL DISASTER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY, BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB.
1. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (BCS), (at least Second Division) from a recognized University with three years experience in the relevant field
2. PAY: BS-15
3. AGE: 21 to 28 + 5 Years = 33 Years for Male Candidates and 21 to 28 + 8 Years = 36 Years for Female Candidates across the board. General relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012 on 14-10-2016.

One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks of 90 minutes duration comprising questions relating to Qualification of this post and General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Everyday Science, Islamiat, Basic Mathematics, English and Urdu, if required.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (WRITTEN TEST/INTERVIEW)
1. Candidates are advised to read all terms and conditions/instructions of the Advertisement as well as “Important Instructions for Candidates-2016” given on PPSC website carefully in order to submit their online applications complete in all respect. The onus/ responsibility of correctness of the data given in the On-line Application Form will rest squarely on the candidate.
2. Applicants are required to submit “On-line Application Form” by the Closing Date which is 14-10-2016 up to 12:00 PM. Candidates should fill in the On-line Application Form carefully in the light of the Guidelines and Instructions mentioned in the Advertisement for the said post.
3. Editing options, to correct any data in the On-line Application Form, will be available to the candidates till the Closing Date of submission of Online Applications.
4. It is mandatory for Candidates to deposit Rs.400/- under Head: “C02101-ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE-TEST FEE REALIZED BY THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION”, in any Branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury on or before the Closing Date of submission of applications.
No Bank Draft or Pay Order or Cheque or any such instrument will be accepted as fee by the Commission.
Candidates residing outside Pakistan, but having Domicile of the Punjab will deposit the fee at the Pakistani Embassy of residing country in the currency of that country equivalent to the amount of Application/ Test Fee prescribed for the post.
Disabled candidates are not required to deposit application fee.
